July 21 to 25 2026, at Residence Il Ciliegio in the medieval hilltop village of Roccatederighi in southern Tuscany. This five-day gastronomic adventure immerses you in authentic Italian food culture through intimate cooking classes, behind-the-scenes tours of artisanal producers, and hands-on instruction in fresh pasta, risotto and traditional Italian desserts. You will visit an organic rice farm near the coast, learn to craft tagliatelle, garganelli and farfalle by hand, tour a family-run organic vineyard for tastings of Sangiovese and Syrah, and dine on your own creations in the stone squares of this ancient village perched impossibly above the Maremman plains. Accommodations are in converted palazzo apartments with exposed medieval stonework, wooden beams and a shared pool overlooking vineyards, olive groves and views stretching to the islands of Giglio, Elba and Corsica.
