List Your Retreat on AtelierBound
AtelierBound is a paid-listing directory. Hosts pay to list; guests browse, read, and enquire directly. No commission, no booking fees, no percentage of your income taken on every guest. You pay once to be here, and every enquiry that follows is yours.
Getting listed takes two steps. First, create a host account after exploring the pricing options below. Once your account is set up, you will receive an email with everything you need to choose your plan, send us your listing details, and get your retreat in front of guests. If you would prefer us to manage the whole thing for you, skip the account creation and get in touch directly at hosts@atelierbound.com.
All listing tiers include a complete listing page with photos, description, dates, pricing, and a direct enquiry form. Hosts also receive access to the AtelierBound host dashboard, where you can edit your listing content and respond to enquiries.

Single Listing
€99 per listing
A complete, searchable listing for a single retreat or workshop. Your listing remains active until the retreat is delivered, at which point it expires naturally. When your next programme is ready, simply list again.
Each listing is reviewed and approved by the AtelierBound team before it goes live. Once approved, you have full edit control over your listing for its duration.

Featured Listing
€149 per listing
Everything in the standard Listing, with three additional benefits that put your retreat in front of guests beyond the search results: placement in the AtelierBound homepage carousel, a dedicated blog post written by the AtelierBound team, and a social media post published to the AtelierBound audience.
The homepage carousel is the first thing every guest sees when they arrive on the platform. Featured hosts rotate through it for the duration of their listing. Carousel slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If no slot is available at the time of purchase, we will let you know before taking payment.
The blog post and social post are written and published by AtelierBound. You do not need to supply copy, and we welcome your input. We will be in touch after your listing is approved to gather any additional details we need.

Annual Unlimited
€299 per year
An annual host account for retreat leaders and workshop instructors running multiple or recurring programmes. Publish as many listings as you need throughout the year, each expiring naturally when the retreat is delivered. One account, one annual fee, no per-listing charges.
Well suited to hosts running several distinct programmes who would otherwise list individually several times a year. The Annual account gives you full control over creating and editing all your listings in one place. Each new listing requires one approval before it goes live; after that, you have full edit control with no further review.

Fully Managed
€149 per month, three-month minimum
For hosts who would rather spend their time teaching than managing their online presence. With Fully Managed, the AtelierBound team writes and publishes your listings from your materials, reviews and refreshes your content each month, and makes updates on request whenever dates, pricing, or programme details change.
Send us your photos and a few notes about your retreat. We handle the rest: structured listing, optimised description, tags, and category placement, along with monthly housekeeping to keep your listing accurate and well-presented. The base rate covers up to three active listings.
Includes:
- Up to three listings written and published by the AtelierBound team
- Monthly content review and refresh
- Updates on request whenever details change
- Priority category placement where available
- Dedicated point of contact for all listing matters
- Three-month minimum commitment; cancel with 30 days' notice thereafter

Which option is right for you?
You run one or two retreats a year and want a straightforward, affordable listing: choose Listing or Featured Listing.
You run three or more distinct programmes, or the same retreat across multiple dates each year: Annual pays for itself within the first three listings and removes the need to manage per-listing purchases.
You are a working practitioner with limited time for admin, or you are new to online listings and would like expert help from the start: Fully Managed is built for you.

Link Partner Programme
Hosts who add a link to AtelierBound from their own website become Link Partners. This is a reciprocal arrangement: your listing benefits from the visibility AtelierBound provides, and your link helps guests on your own site find a wider community of retreats and workshops.
Annual Unlimited and Fully Managed Hosts
Link Partner status gives you 10% off your subscription for as long as a qualifying link remains live on your site. The discount is applied from your first billing date and verified at each renewal. If the link is removed, the standard rate applies from the following billing period.
Annual standard rate: €299/year. Link Partner rate: €269/year. Founding + Link Partner rate: €134/year.
Fully Managed standard rate: €149/month. Link Partner rate: €134/month. Founding + Link Partner rate: €67.50/month.
Create Your AccountSingle & Featured Listing Hosts
Adding a qualifying link earns you a "Listed on AtelierBound" badge and web asset for your site, plus priority consideration for inclusion in AtelierBound editorial features and host round-ups.
To register as a Link Partner, add a link to atelierbound.com from a publicly accessible page on your website, then let us know via email to hosts@atelierbound.com. We will verify the link and confirm your discount or send you the badge assets within a few working days.
A qualifying link must be visible on a publicly accessible page, link directly to atelierbound.com, and not be marked nofollow.
