This four-night gastronomic adventure immerses you in authentic Italian food culture through intimate cooking classes, behind-the-scenes tours of artisanal producers, and hands-on instruction in fresh pasta, risotto and traditional Italian desserts. Craft artisan pasta and gnocchi, master tiramisu and biscotti, and cook risotto like a pro by the end of your cooking retreat, and dine on your own creations in the stone squares of this ancient village perched impossibly above the Maremman plains.
