June 19 to 26 2026, at a beautiful four-star chalet hotel in the French Alps with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. Renowned artist Brian Murphy leads this unforgettable week-long painting adventure capturing the golden glow of alpine meadows, crisp reflections of snow-capped peaks in crystal-clear lakes, and charming villages nestled in valleys where mountain pine fills the air. Daily excursions venture to carefully selected painting locations away from crowds, balanced with cultural outings and indulgent gourmet food experiences featuring hearty mountain fare, artisan cheeses, freshly baked baguettes paired with local Savoie wines, and cosy fondue by the fire. Brian spends part of each day one-on-one with participants whilst they paint magnificent views, with daily critiques and discussions advancing plein air skills rapidly through hands-on instruction in loosening technique and creating light-filled paintings with a limited palette.
