Over seven unhurried days, you will work alongside Stefanie Savary, a dressmaker raised in Hamburg who now crafts sustainable luxury garments from her Provençal atelier. Together you will pattern, fit, cut and sew a bespoke dress using the finest quality fabrics and traditional couture techniques. The estate offers olive terraces, lavender fields and a sparkling pool where you can pause between sessions of focused handwork. Mornings may begin with meditation or yoga beneath the olive trees, afternoons unfold with excursions to nearby villages, perfume houses in Grasse or the art haven of Saint Paul de Vence, and evenings close with thoughtfully prepared vegetarian meals drawn from local markets.
